콜마그룹 편입 우정바이오, 콜마바이오텍으로 사명 변경 후 연구사업 확장
우정바이오가 콜마홀딩스 체제에 편입된 후 사명을 콜마바이오텍으로 변경했다. 기존 비임상시험수탁(CRO), 바이오 연구 인프라, 동탄 바이오 클러스터 사업은 유지하면서 콜마그룹의 제약·화장품·식품 사업과의 접점을 확대하는 전략을 추진한다. 회사는 ADC와 오가노이드 등 고부가가치 비임상 서비스를 확대할 계획이며, AI와 자동화를 접목한 '바이오 리서치 파운드리' 사업모델도 구체화하고 있다. 지난 4월에는 문병석 대표가 신임 대표로 선임됐다.
