The goal of this proof-of-concept clinical study is to determine the effect of combining osimertinib with febuxostat on cerebrospinal fluid concentrations of osimertinib in patients with epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutated non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
