에이프릴바이오, 자체 플랫폼에 외부 기술 결합해 RNA·ADC 모달리티 확장
에이프릴바이오가 자체 항체 플랫폼 SAFA·REMAP을 중심으로 외부 전문기업과의 협력을 통해 RNA·ADC 등 차세대 모달리티 확장을 추진하고 있다. 최근 큐리진에 대한 지분투자는 바이오USA에서 공개한 REMAP 플랫폼의 RNA 확장 전략을 실행하는 첫 사례로 소개됐다. 회사는 내부에 없는 siRNA 후보물질과 ADC 링커·페이로드 기술을 투자 및 공동연구를 통해 확보할 계획이라고 밝혔다. 이러한 전략을 통해 개발 속도를 높이고 글로벌 기술이전 기회를 확대한다는 방침이다.
