심평원, AI·데이터 기반 신약 가치평가 체계로 전환 예고
홍승권 건강보험심사평가원장이 '진료비 삭감·약가 심사 기관'이라는 기존 이미지에서 벗어나 '현장 중심 소통형 문지기' 기관으로 전환하겠다고 밝혔다. 인공지능과 데이터를 활용해 신약 및 의료서비스의 가치를 검증하고 정부 정책 수립의 과학적 근거를 제공하겠다는 방향이다. 올 하반기부터 약가 산정체계 개편과 희귀질환 치료제 신속등재 등을 추진할 계획이다.
