대웅제약, 바이오시밀러 사업 진출…첫 타깃은 '듀피젠트'

대웅제약, 분당서울대병원·365mc와 브이올렛 신규 적응증 공동연구
대웅제약이 분당서울대병원, 365mc와 지방파괴주사제 '브이올렛'의 적응증 확대를 위한 업무협약을 체결했다. 이번 연구는 브이올렛의 기존 허가 적응증인 이중턱 개선을 넘어 겨드랑이 앞지방 등 국소 지방 부위로 적용 범위를 넓히기 위한 임상 근거 확보를 목표로 한다. 브이올렛은 데옥시콜산(DCA) 성분 주사제로 지방세포 감소를 통한 국소 지방 개선을 목적으로 하는 제품이다.
