A Study of Brenipatide (LY3537031) in Participants With Irritable Bowel Syndrome-Diarrhea (IBS-D)
Study Summary
본 연구의 목적은 과민성대장증후군-설사(IBS-D) 환자에서 브레니파타이드(LY3537031)의 내약성, 부작용, 안전성 및 유효성을 평가하는 것입니다. 연구약물은 위약과 비교하여 피하주사(SC)(피부 아래)로 투여됩니다. 본 연구는 약 36주간 진행될 것입니다.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate how well brenipatide (LY3537031) is tolerated, what side effects may occur, and the safety and efficacy in participants with Irritable Bowel Syndrome-Diarrhea (IBS-D). The study drug will be administered subcutaneously (SC) (under the skin) when compared with placebo. The study will last approximately 36 weeks.
