A Study of Clazakizumab (LY5724886) in Adults With Elevated hsCRP and at Increased Risk for Cardiovascular Event
Study Summary
본 연구의 목적은 고-감도 C-반응성 단백질(hsCRP) 상승이 있고 심혈관 사건 위험 증가가 있는 성인에서 클라자키주맙과 위약을 비교했을 때 신체 염증의 표지자인 고-감도 C-반응성 단백질(hsCRP)의 변화를 측정하는 것입니다. 본 연구 참여는 약 9개월간 지속될 것입니다.

The purpose of this study is to measure the change in high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hsCRP), a marker of inflammation in the body, with clazakizumab compared with placebo in adults who have elevated hsCRP and at increased risk for cardiovascular event. Participation in the study will last about 9 months.
