A Study of LY4329090 in Participants With Obesity or Overweight Who Are Otherwise Healthy
Study Summary
본 연구의 주요 목적은 건강한 비만 또는 과체중 참여자에서 LY4329090의 내약성을 평가하고 발생할 수 있는 부작용을 확인하는 것입니다. 신체가 시험 약물을 어떻게 처리하는지 그리고 시험 약물이 신체에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 조사하기 위해 혈액 검사를 수행할 것입니다. 연구 참여자는 2가지 부분 중 하나에 참여하게 됩니다. 파트 A의 각 참여자의 경우, 연구는 약 10주간 지속되며 임상 연구 센터(CRU)에 5박 입원과 CRU에 대한 5회 외래 방문을 포함합니다. 파트 B의 각 참여자의 경우, 연구는 약 21주간 지속되며 총 11박의 4회 입원과 CRU에 대한 14회 외래 방문을 포함합니다.

The main purpose of this study is to assess how well LY4329090 is tolerated and what side effects may occur in healthy participants with obesity or overweight. Blood tests will be performed to investigate how the body processes the study drug and how the study drug affects the body. Study participants will be in one of 2 parts. For each participant in Part A, the study will last about 10 weeks and will include a stay in the Clinical Research Unit (CRU) lasting 5 nights along with 5 outpatient visits to the CRU. For each participant in Part B, the study will last about 21 weeks and will include 4 stays totaling 11 nights along with 14 outpatient visits to the CRU.
