이 임상시험 iMMagine-4의 목표는 자가조혈모세포이식에 적합하지 않은 신규 진단 다발성 골수종(NDMM) 환자를 대상으로 아니토카박타젠 오토류셀과 표준 치료(SOCT)의 안전성과 유효성을 비교 평가하는 것입니다. 본 임상시험의 주요 목표는 자가조혈모세포이식에 적합하지 않은 신규 진단 다발성 골수종 환자를 대상으로 아니토카박타젠 오토류셀과 4제 기반 표준 치료의 유효성을 비교하는 것입니다.

The goal of this clinical study iMMagine-4 is to compare and assess the safety and effectiveness of anitocabtagene autoleucel versus standard of care therapy (SOCT) in participants with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma (NDMM) who are not eligible for autologous stem cell transplant. The primary objective of this study is to compare the efficacy of anitocabtagene autoleucel versus quadruplet-based SOCT in participants with NDMM who are not eligible for autologous stem cell transplant (auto-SCT).
