본 임상시험 iMMagine-6의 목표는 신규 진단된 다발성 골수종(NDMM) 환자에서 아니토카브타진 오토루셀과 자가줄기세포이식의 안전성 및 효능을 비교·평가하는 것입니다. 이 시험의 주요 목표는 자가줄기세포이식에 적합한 NDMM 환자에서 4제약 기반 유도 요법 후 투여된 아니토카브타진 오토루셀의 효능을 표준 치료 요법(SOCT; 4제약 기반 유도 요법 후 자가줄기세포이식[auto-SCT])과 비교하는 것입니다.

The goal of this clinical study iMMagine-6 is to compare and assess the safety and effectiveness of anitocabtagene autoleucel versus autologous stem cell transplant in participants with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma (NDMM). The primary objective of this study is to compare the efficacy of anitocabtagene autoleucel administered after quadruplet-based induction versus standard of care therapy (SOCT; quadruplet-based induction followed by autologous stem cell transplant (auto-SCT) in participants with NDMM who are eligible for auto-SCT.
