Study Summary
연구진들은 여포성 림프종(FL)과 미만성 대B세포 림프종(DLBCL)이라는 두 가지 유형의 비호지킨림프종(NHL) 치료를 위한 새로운 방법을 찾고 있습니다. FL은 천천히 자라는 NHL이고, DLBCL은 빠르게 자라는 NHL입니다. NHL은 림프절 종창을 유발하는 림프계의 암입니다. 림프계는 면역계의 일부입니다. 본 연구에서 연구진들은 MK-1045가 FL과 DLBCL을 치료할 수 있는지 알고자 합니다. Researchers are looking for new ways to treat 2 types of non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) called follicular lymphoma (FL) and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). FL is a slow-growing type of NHL. DLBCL is a fast-growing type of NHL. NHL is a cancer in the lymphatic system that causes swollen lymph nodes. The lymphatic system is part of the immune system. In this study, researchers want to learn if MK-1045 can treat FL and DLBCL. MK-1045 is a study treatment that is an immunotherapy, which helps the immune system fight cancer. The goals of this study are to learn how safe MK-1045 is and if people tolerate it. Researchers also want to see if FL and DLBCL respond (the cancer gets smaller or goes away) to treatment.
