Study Summary
본 연구의 목적은 이전에 치료받지 않은 국소 진행성 또는 전이성 EGFR 돌연변이 비소세포 폐암(NSCLC) 환자에서 이잘론탐맙 브렌기테칸(iza-bren)과 오시머티닙의 병용을 오시머티닙 단독 투여 또는 오시머티닙과 백금 기반 화학요법 병용과 비교하여 평가하는 것이다.
