본 연구의 목적은 18-64세 성인에서 업데이트된 COVID-19 백신(BNT162b2)의 안전성 및 효과에 대해 알아보는 것입니다. 본 연구는 다음을 만족하는 참여자를 모집하고 있습니다: * 의학적으로 안정적인 상태 * 최근에 COVID-19 감염을 앓지 않음 * 최근에 백신 접종을 받지 않음 * COVID-19로부터의 합병증 위험을 증가시키는 의학적 상태가 없음 본 연구의 모든 참여자는 무작위로 다음 중 하나의 주사를 팔에 맞게 됩니다: * 2026-2027 COVID-19 시즌용으로 선택된 COVID-19를 표적으로 하는 BNT162b2 백신, 또는 * 파상풍, 디프테리아, 백일해(백일해)를 표적으로 하는 Tdap 백신. 연구팀과 참여자는 어느 주사를 받는지 알 수 없습니다. 각 백신을 투여받는 사람들의 안전성 및 SARS-CoV-2 스파이크 단백질 수준을 평가할 것입니다. 참여자는 약 12개월 동안 본 연구에 참여합니다.

The purpose of this study is to learn about the safety and effects of an updated COVID-19 vaccine (called BNT162b2) in adults 18 to 64 years of age. This study is seeking participants who: * are medically stable * have not had a recent COVID-19 infection * have not had a recent vaccination * do not have medical conditions that increase their risk of complications from COVID-19 All participants in this study will randomly receive 1 injection into their arm of either: * BNT162b2 vaccine which targets COVID-19 and is selected for the 2026-2027 COVID-19 season, or * Tdap vaccine which targets tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis (whooping cough). The study team and participants will not know which injection they receive. We will evaluate safety and SARS-CoV-2 spike protein levels in people receiving each of these vaccines. Participants will be in the study for about 12 months.
