Study Summary
이 연구는 확진된 심혈관 질환(CVD)이 있거나 2개 이상의 심혈관 위험인자가 있는 성인에서 재조합 대상포진 백신(RZV)이 임상적으로 중요한 심혈관 사건(특히 주요 심혈관 사건(MACE))의 발생에 미치는 영향을 평가하는 것을 목표로 합니다. 참여자는 RZV 또는 위약을 투여받도록 무작위로 배정될 것입니다.

This study aims to evaluate the effect of the recombinant zoster vaccine (RZV) on the occurrence of clinically important cardiovascular (heart and blood vessel) events, with a focus on major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE), in adults with established cardiovascular disease (CVD) or with 2 or more CV risk factors. Participants will be randomized to receive either RZV or placebo.
