Study Summary
본 연구의 목적은 난치성 자가면역질환 환자에서 BMS-986553(CD19 생체 내 키메라 항원 수용체(CAR) T 세포)의 안전성과 내약성을 평가하는 것입니다. 대상 질환에는 전신홍반루푸스(SLE), 특발성 염증성 근병증(IIM), 전신경화증(SSc), 류마티스관절염(RA), 쇼그렌증후군(SjD)이 포함됩니다.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of BMS-986553, CD19 in vivo Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) T cells, in participants with refractory autoimmune diseases including systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), idiopathic inflammatory myopathies (IIM), systemic sclerosis (SSc), rheumatoid arthritis (RA), and Sjögren's disease (SjD).
