본 임상시험의 목적은 이식 적격 신규 진단 다발성 골수종(NDMM) 환자에서 라만타미그 플러스 다라투무맙(라만타미그-D)과 다라투무맙, 보르테조미브, 레날리도마이드, 덱사메타손(DVRd)으로 시작한 후 고용량 요법, 자가줄기세포이식(참가자 자신의 줄기세포), 다라투무맙과 레날리도마이드(DR)를 사용한 유지 치료를 받는 치료를 비교하는 것입니다.

The purpose of this study is to compare how well Ramantamig plus Daratumumab (ramantamig-D) works compared with a treatment that includes Daratumumab, Bortezomib, Lenalidomide, and Dexamethasone (DVRd), followed by high-dose therapy, autologous stem cell transplantation (using the participant's own stem cells), and maintenance treatment with Daratumumab and Lenalidomide (DR) in participants with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma (NDMM), a blood cancer affecting plasma cells, who are eligible for transplant.
