본 연구는 비소세포폐암(NSCLC), 췌장선암(PDAC), 대장암(CRC) 및 기타 고형종양을 포함한 KRAS G12V 양성 고형종양을 가진 참가자에서 RO7836748의 단독 또는 세툭시맙, 펨브롤리주맙, 또는 변형 FOLFIRINOX 등 다른 항암치료와의 병용에 대한 안전성, 내약성, 약동학(PK), 약력학(PD) 및 예비 임상 활성을 평가할 것입니다.

The study will evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PD), and preliminary clinical activity of RO7836748 as monotherapy and in combination with other anti-cancer therapies, including cetuximab, pembrolizumab, or modified (m)FOLFIRINOX in participants with Kirsten rat sarcoma viral oncogene homolog (KRAS) G12V-positive solid tumors such as non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), and colorectal cancer (CRC), and other solid tumors.
