A Study of JNJ-101556143 With Best Supportive Care in Participants With Metastatic Prostate Cancer
Study Summary
본 연구의 목적은 전이성 안드로겐 경로 변조 내성 전립선암(mAPMR) 환자에서 JNJ-101556143과 최적지지요법(BSC)의 병용이 위약과 최적지지요법의 병용 대비 전체 생존기간(참가자의 생존 기간)을 개선하는 정도를 평가하는 것입니다. mAPMR은 신체의 다른 부위로 전이되었고 남성호르몬(안드로겐) 차단을 목적으로 하는 호르몬 치료에 더 이상 반응하지 않는 진행성 전립선암입니다.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate how well JNJ-101556143 plus Best Supportive Care (BSC) improves overall survival (the length of time a participant remains alive) compared with placebo plus BSC in participants with metastatic androgen pathway modulation-resistant prostate cancer (mAPMR). mAPMR is an advanced form of prostate cancer that has spread to other parts of the body and no longer responds to hormone treatments designed to block male hormones (androgens).
