유한·한미·GC녹십자, 기술수출 계약금·마일스톤 실적 반영 확대
국내 제약사들의 글로벌 신약 기술수출 성과가 계약 체결 단계를 넘어 실제 재무 실적에 반영되고 있다. 유한양행과 한미약품은 올해 2분기 기술수출에 따른 선급금과 단계별 기술료를 손익계산서에 인식한 것으로 나타났다. GC녹십자를 포함한 일부 기업은 투자 성과에 따른 지분 매각 대금도 수익으로 반영했다. 계약금, 마일스톤, 판매 로열티 등 다양한 수익원이 수익성 지표 개선에 기여하는 것으로 파악된다.

한미약품·키움증권, 바이오벤처 오픈이노베이션 행사 개최
한미약품이 키움증권과 공동으로 지난 15일 서울 송파구 한미 C&C 스퀘어에서 'Hanmi × Kiwoom Bio Innovation Day'를 개최했다. 행사는 한미약품 황상연 대표의 개회사로 시작됐으며 키움증권 허혜민 연구원이 사회를 맡았다. 국내 바이오벤처 10곳이 IR 피칭을 진행했고, 참여 기업과 투자자 간 1 대 1 미팅 세션이 오전과 오후에 걸쳐 마련됐다. 이번 행사는 바이오벤처와 투자자를 연결하는 오픈이노베이션 성격으로 진행됐다.
