올루미언트, 중증 원형탈모증 건강보험 급여 적용
JAK 억제제 계열 약물인 올루미언트(성분명 바리시티닙)가 국내에서 중증 원형탈모증 성인 환자를 대상으로 건강보험 급여 적용을 받았다. 이번 급여화로 만성 자가면역질환인 원형탈모증 환자의 치료 접근성이 확대될 것으로 보인다. 다만 전문가들은 질환의 재발 특성 등을 고려해 급여 기준을 더 넓혀야 한다는 의견을 제기하고 있다.
