한국생명기술연구조합, ASO·ACO 의약품 비임상시험·FDA 승인사례 전문가 자문회의 개최
한국생명기술연구조합과 국가독성과학연구소가 8월 12일 한국과학기술회관에서 ASO(안티센스 올리고뉴클레오타이드)와 ACO 의약품의 비임상시험 및 FDA 승인사례에 관한 전문가 자문회의를 개최했다고 19일 밝혔다. 올리고뉴클레오타이드 의약품 분야 기업인 IONIS Pharmaceuticals의 김태원 부사장이 참여해 FDA 허가 경험과 비임상 평가 및 규제 방향에 대해 조언했다. ASO는 질병을 유발하는 특정 유전정보에 선택적으로 결합하는 방식의 의약품이다.
