신테카바이오, PK·ADME 예측 AI 플랫폼·개량신약 설계 기술 개발 추진
신테카바이오가 인공지능(AI) 기술을 활용해 약동학(PK) 및 ADME(흡수·분포·대사·배설) 특성을 예측하는 AI 플랫폼을 개발하고 있다고 밝혔다. 이를 기반으로 개량신약(IMD) 설계 기술 개발까지 연구 범위를 확대하고 있다. ADME와 약동학 특성은 신약 후보물질의 안전성과 임상적 특성을 평가하는 주요 요소로 꼽힌다.
