큐리언트, 모카시클립-트로델비 병용 임상 IND 승인
큐리언트는 자사 파이프라인 모카시클립(Q901)과 길리어드의 TROP2 표적 ADC 트로델비(사시투주맙 고비테칸) 병용요법에 대한 임상시험계획(IND)이 식품의약품안전처로부터 승인됐다고 밝혔다. 이번 임상은 연세대학교 세브란스병원이 주도하는 다기관 연구자 주도 임상시험으로, 삼중음성유방암(TNBC) 환자를 대상으로 진행된다. 시험의 목적은 병용요법의 안전성과 효능을 평가하는 것이며, 전임상 단계에서 두 약물 간 시너지가 관찰됐다고 회사 측은 설명했다.
