LG화학, 지뉴브 면역항암제 'GNV205' 고형암 전임상 착수
LG화학이 국내 바이오텍 지뉴브로부터 도입한 항체-사이토카인 융합체 신약 후보물질 'GNV205'의 고형암 대상 전임상 연구에 착수한다고 밝혔다. LG화학은 지난해 9월 지뉴브와 GNV205의 전 세계 개발 및 상업화 독점 권리를 확보하는 라이선스 계약을 체결했다. 계약에 따라 LG화학은 선급금을 지급했으며, 향후 개발 및 상업화 단계에 따른 조건부 마일스톤과 판매 로열티를 순차적으로 지급할 계획이다. 지뉴브는 2016년 설립된 신약 개발 기업으로 항암 및 중추신경계 분야 파이프라인을 보유하고 있다.
