큐리언트, 모카시클립·트로델비 병용 임상 IND 식약처 승인
큐리언트는 CDK7 저해 표적항암제 모카시클립(Q901)과 TROP2 표적 ADC 트로델비의 병용요법에 대한 임상시험계획이 식약처 승인을 받았다고 밝혔다. 이번 임상은 연세대 세브란스병원이 주도하는 다기관 연구자 주도 임상시험으로, 삼중음성유방암 환자를 대상으로 병용요법의 안전성과 효능을 평가한다. 전임상 단계에서 모카시클립과 TOP1 저해제 페이로드 간의 병용 가능성이 확인된 바 있다.
