부광약품 자회사 콘테라파마, RNA 신설법인 설립 앞두고 이사회 보강
부광약품의 덴마크 자회사 콘테라파마가 RNA 치료제 신설법인 설립을 위한 사전승인을 확보했다. 지난 4월 10일 정기주주총회에서 부광약품 연구개발본부장인 김지헌 전무를 콘테라파마 사내이사로 신규 선임했다. 김지헌 이사는 GC녹십자 사업개발본부 상무를 거쳐 현재 부광약품 연구개발을 총괄하고 있다. 이번 선임은 신설법인의 연구개발과 사업화를 뒷받침하기 위해 R&D·BD 전문성을 이사회에 보강한 조치로 풀이된다.
