셀트리온, 비만신약·ADC 파이프라인 연내 비임상·내년 임상 결과 발표
셀트리온이 차세대 비만 치료제 후보물질 'CT-G32'와 항체약물접합체(ADC) 파이프라인의 연구 성과를 순차적으로 공개한다. CT-G32는 4중 작용 기전의 비만 치료제 후보물질로, 현재 GLP 독성시험이 진행 중이며 연내 시험을 마무리한 뒤 오는 11월 학회에서 비임상 결과를 발표할 예정이다. 임상 1상이 진행 중인 ADC 후보물질은 초기 임상 결과가 내년 상반기부터 순차적으로 발표될 계획이다.
