아스트라제네카, 이중항체 볼루스토미그 폐암 3상 중단
아스트라제네카가 PD-1·CTLA-4 이중항체 신약 볼루스토미그의 비소세포폐암 대상 임상 3상 'eVOLVE-Lung02'를 중단했다고 발표했다. 이 임상은 PD-L1 발현율이 50% 미만인 전이성 비소세포폐암 환자의 1차 치료에서 볼루스토미그와 화학요법 병용요법을 키트루다와 비교하는 시험이었다. 최근 아스트라제네카의 주요 후기 임상에서 잇따라 차질이 발생하며 2030년 매출 목표를 뒷받침할 신약 파이프라인에 대한 부담이 커지고 있다.
