비만치료제 췌장염 우려…식약처 "허가사항 반영·모니터링 중"
온라인에서 비만치료제 투여 후 급성 췌장염으로 입원했다는 사례가 알려지며 췌장 안전성 우려가 제기됐다. 식약처는 티르제파타이드(마운자로)와 세마글루티드(위고비) 성분 제제에서 췌장염 이상사례가 보고됐으나 약물과의 인과관계는 확립되지 않았다고 밝혔다. 췌장염과 담낭질환은 이미 국내 허가사항에 반영돼 있으며, 식약처는 국내외 이상사례를 집중 모니터링하고 있다고 설명했다.
