셀트리온, 4중 작용 비만 신약후보 비임상 결과 연내 공개 예정
셀트리온이 사내 연구개발 현황 보고회를 통해 파이프라인 진행 상황을 공개했다. 4중 작용 비만치료제 후보물질 'CT-G32'는 적정 투여 용량 설정과 안전성 확보를 위한 GLP 독성 시험이 진행 중이며, 비임상 결과는 연내 공개될 예정이다. 임상 1상 단계에 있는 항체약물접합체(ADC) 후보물질 3종과 다중항체 후보물질 1종 중 2종의 연구 결과는 내년 상반기 공개될 계획이다.
