국산 비만치료제 시장 경쟁 본격화…후발주자 제형·기전 차별화 추진
국내 비만치료제 시장에서 기업 간 경쟁이 본격화되고 있다. 한미약품은 국산 1호 비만치료제 출시를 앞두고 있으며, HK이노엔과 JW중외제약은 임상 3상을 진행하며 상용화를 준비 중이다. 대웅제약, 동국제약, 동아에스티, 일동제약, 종근당 등은 임상 1~2상 또는 비임상 단계에 있으며, 기존 GLP-1 계열 치료제와의 차별화를 위한 제형 및 기전 개발을 추진하고 있다.
