JW중외제약 에파미뉴라드 3상 결과 확보, 삼성바이오에피스 SB27 국내 허가신청
JW중외제약이 통풍 치료제 에파미뉴라드(URC102) 글로벌 3상에서 데이터를 확보했으며, 후보물질 발굴부터 3상까지 자체 기술력으로 개발한 국산 신약후보물질이라는 점에서 의미를 갖는다고 밝혔다. 회사는 이번 결과를 토대로 국내 품목허가를 추진할 계획이다. 삼성바이오에피스는 면역항암제 키트루다의 바이오시밀러 SB27에 대해 국내 최초로 품목허가를 신청했으며, 향후 국가별 허가 절차를 진행할 예정이다.
